1. Who we are

Velanomi is operated by Dmytro Boguslavskyy, ("we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of https://staging.velanomi.com and the numerology reports and subscriptions we sell (the "Service"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. Entertainment purpose — please read this

Velanomi provides numerology content for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Numerology is not a science, and our reports, readings, and "your week in numbers" content are not statements of fact about your future. They do not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice of any kind. We make no guarantees, warranties, or predictions about outcomes, events, or results in your life. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, financial, or legal matters.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, including your name and birthdate, which we need to generate your report.

4. One-time reports

A one-time report is a single digital purchase generated for you after checkout and delivered to your account and/or email. The price shown at checkout is final and includes or excludes VAT as displayed for your location.

5. Subscriptions

We offer weekly and monthly "your week in numbers" subscriptions. Subscriptions automatically renew at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not shorten the period you have already paid for — you keep access until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will occur afterward. We will notify you by email of any price changes before they take effect, giving you the chance to cancel first.

6. Right of withdrawal for digital content

Under EU law (Consumer Rights Directive, implemented in Germany at § 356(5) BGB), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a purchase. Because your report and each subscription period's content is digital content delivered immediately and generated specifically for you, by completing checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins or the report is generated. 7. Intellectual property

All content, text, design, and software making up the Service is owned by Dmytro Boguslavskyy or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Your report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly reproduce reports or Service content without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties beyond those required by mandatory consumer law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including German consumer protection law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of protections you are entitled to under the mandatory law of your country of residence. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated and generally do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
